Assisted Living Guides is a calm, practical guide for families choosing assisted living: dated, sourced guides and printable checklists for each stage of the decision, plus a directory. It lists 50 assisted living communities in 10 states. Each listing is one JSON file validated at build time. Facts come from state licensing records, the communities' own websites and owner-submitted updates, which are checked before publishing. Unknown facts are shown as "Not known", never guessed. Every listing carries a lastVerified date (when the facts were last checked). Every listing is free (field `plan` is `basic`). A paid Verified upgrade (state license checked, labeled, shown first) is coming soon and is not on sale yet. Payment will never change the facts. No ratings or reviews.
