Every assisted living community can have a free Basic listing, and that will not change. We are also preparing an optional paid upgrade called Verified, where we check the community’s state assisted living license and label the listing Verified. It is not available yet. Verified will never be a rating, and payment will never change the facts we publish.

How to get listed for free
- Send your community’s details with the form. If you are already listed, use “Is this your business? Update it” on your listing.
- We check the details against public records and the community’s own website.
- Your free Basic listing goes live, with the date its facts were last checked.
Questions
- Is a Basic listing really free?
- Yes. Basic listings cost nothing, and we never remove or hide a correct Basic listing.
- When will Verified listings be available?
- Verified is not on sale yet. Email us if you would like to hear when it launches, and we will reply when it does.
- Will paying change what you publish?
- No. Verified will buy a license check, a label and a place above Basic listings. It will never buy a rating, a review or changes to facts. We publish only what we can check.
- How are listings ordered?
- By how complete each listing is, then in alphabetical order. Once Verified launches, Verified listings will be shown first and always marked.
